Textile

Polypropylene

Our woven polypropylene bags are domestically manufactured to meet all USDA and DACO specifications. Thirty degree slide angle anti-skid is applied to all bags. Bag styles come in circular, flat tube or gusseted. We also supply imported bags on request.

Burlap

From a small “special package” promotion to a 50 kilo flour or bean export job, we have the burlap bag available to meet your marketing needs. We stock 7 oz. and 7-1/2 oz. burlap as well as 10 oz. and 12oz. jute. We can also manufacture road covers and wool bags to your specification.

Laminated Bags

The next generation of packaging offering the ultimate protection and presentation for your products. Designed for 10 lb. to 110 lb. applications, these bags are made with a woven poly interior laminated to either a paper or film exterior in a sewn-open-mouth style. Paper exteriors offer the same look and feel of standard multiwall bags except with greater wear, tear and puncture resistance, reducing product loss and down time on your packing line, in your warehouse and during transport to your customers. Film exterior laminations offer the same strength advantages combined with the highest print quality and protection available. Your graphics, up to 8 color process, are sealed beneath the film and protected from handling and weather, keeping your consumer package looking fresh and protected from handling and weather, keeping your consumer package looking fresh on the shelf and sharp and eye appealing. Valve pack styles are also available with extrusion laminated exteriors that provide a smooth surface for premium line print quality up to 4 colors. These bags come with welded ends, not glued, providing double the burst strength of a paper valve bag. Empty laminated bags take up less of your valuable warehouse space as well.

Geotextiles/Geomembranes

We now offer woven geotextile fabrics and nonwoven geomembranes for a wide range of uses in agriculture, horticulture, industrial and environmental protection applications.

Geotextiles are porous materials woven from specially formulated polypropylene material. They prevent weed growth, allow water to penetrate into the soil, maintain soil moisture, and reduce the need for herbicides and other weed controls. They are widely used in planting wind breaks and habitat for wildlife; used inside greenhouses as well as in to open air to keep areas safe and tidy; and used in orchards to promote growth of newly planted seedlings.

Geomembranes are made of high density polyethylene stabilized for U.V. radiation. They are resistant to attack by mildew and bacteria, and withstand alkaline and acid environments. Applications include bottom seal for liquid (lagoons) and solid waste landfills; capping of solid waste landfills, tanks, underground seals for road, railways, and parking areas only to name a few.

Centerflow SeedBox

The reusable Centerflow SeedBox is the premium bulk container available. The unique design and durable construction offers advantages over flexible bulk containers for storage, protection, safety and long service life. Each box easily handles loads up to 2,500 lbs. and can be picked up from all 4 sides using a forklift or pallet jack. Multiple containers interlock when stacked for safe, stable storage of seed, fertilizer, or other flowable products using minimal floor space and maximizing warehouse storage. The efficient center discharge system empties the contents completely and quickly in as little as 30 seconds. The high strength molded plastic exterior resists sunlight and water and provides excellent protection against rodents or contaminants. When empty, the Centerflow SeedBox compacts for storage and takes up to 40% less space. Every box comes with a 3 year limited warranty.

Sewing thread and Tape

We offer a complete line of thread and crepe sewing tape. Thread is available in polyester, cotton, or poly cotton blend. Eight oz., 2-1/2#, 5#, or 20# cones are stocked for immediate shipment.

Crepe sewing tape is available in nine standard color with widths from 3/4” through 3”. Custom color matches can also be provided. Both 70# and 90# basis weights are offered.

Pallet Covers

Poly-wrapped pallets assure clean, problem free bags. Our polyethylene shrink wrap pallet covers are perfect for protecting your bags from water and dirt and allows outside storage. Easy to use, our poly-pallet covers come on perforated rolls and are custom made to fit your needs.

Pallet Liners

New or recycled chipboard and corrugated pallet liners keep your products safe from splinters and nails, and also keep filled bags from settling between pallet runners, minimizing forklift damage. Standard stock size is 48”x 40”. Call for custom sizes.

Corrugated Boxes

We stock sizes from 1.5 cubic feet to 15 cubic feet double wall boxes. Custom boxes either printed or plain are also available specifically designed to meet your needs.
